General

All rates are inclusive of V.A.T (Value Added Tax).

All rates are per person, per night, inclusive of all meals and 2 game activities.

Conditions apply to children under the age of 6 years.

These rates are valid from 1 May 2010 - 30 April 2011.
Payments
-
A 50% deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival date in order to guarantee the reservation. Until this amount
is paid, the reservation shall be treated as a provisional reservation.

The balance of 50% of the total bill shall be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.

Should a reservation be requested within 30 days or less of travelling, full payment is required.

All extras to be settled direct at the lodge.
Cancellations
-
50% deposit refunded on cancellation between 60 and 90 days prior to arrival.

0% deposit refunded on cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival.
